It wasn't until that special moment, when my friend Sam handed me some clay, that I realised pottery was the cathartic relief that I needed. Moulding clay set the tone for a hiatus of discovery and a spiritual cleansing I didn't know I was capable of. Much like clay, we are transforming and multi-dimensional. Each fingerprint is a symbol of your journey. Whether you decide to light your incense, sage, palo santo or display your crystals, set the tone for your own life and be nurtured.
